Purchase Policy
Our goal at Reservatech is to insure an easy and efficient purchasing experience. We want to bring you to life events as quickly as possible. The following purchase and refund policies are created to ensure your satisfaction and understanding of the purchase process on Reservatech. If you have any questions about the information below, please contact us. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, and is subject to the additional terms set forth on that ticket.

Pricing, Availability and Errors

Reservatech does not set the ticket prices or determine seating arrangements. Tickets sold through Reservatech are sold on behalf of promoters, teams and venues. They can be bought through several distribution points, i.e., the website, the Call Center, the outlets and the box offices. All the distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory, therefore, tickets for popular events may sell out quickly. Occasionally, additional tickets may be available prior to the event, however; Reservatech does not control this inventory or its availability.

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether it is because of If you purchase a ticket where an error in a price posted on this website or wrongly communicated to you, or you have bought a ticket before its scheduled on-sale date; Reservatech will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether it is a human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or for other reasons related to the Reservatech operating system.

"Ticket Limits"

When purchasing tickets on Reservatech for a specific event, you could be limited to a specified number of tickets per order (also known as a "ticket limit"). This number will be verified and adjusted automatically on all order if the number of tickets ordered is over the ticket limit. These limits are set by the event providers and are in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with one of our Customer Service agent, to insure the processing. Only you may be aware of any problems occurring during the purchase process. Reservatech will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that your order was not processed because you failed to receive a confirmation.

Reservatech accepts visa and mastercard as methods of payment to accommodate your needs.

Delivery Option

At this time, the only available delivery option is per conventional mail delivery.

Information Verification

If a problem arise on validating your contact or financial information, Reservatech customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase, however; if we are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Reservatech may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds and Exchanges

Before submitting a purchase, it is very important to carefully review your choice of event, the venue and the seat selection as the policies set forth by our clients, prohibit Reservatech from exchanging or refunding after a ticket has been purchased.

Cancelled and postponed events

If an event is cancelled, please communicate with the venue to find out how to claim your refund. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the team, venue or the promoter can establish some limits for refunds. Please contact the venue, as soon as possible in order to obtain precise details. All refunds are the entire responsibility of the venue regardless of the place or the means you have used to purchase your tickets.

Reservatech typically only offers refunds and/or exchanges based on the promoter's, team's or venue's instructions and this only in the case where reservatech is acting as an agent for the promotion of that event. In order to receive a refund or an exchange that may be offered, you will have to comply with the promoter's, instructions or deadlines, about whether it will be a refund or an exchange.
