- Click on the « tools » menu and then on « Internet Options »
- Click on the « Privacy » tab
- Make sure that the scroll bar is at the Medium-High level
- Click on the « Advanced » button
- Click the « Override automatic cookie handling » box
- Check the two « accept » boxes
- Click on « OK » and then a second time on « ok » to close the « Internet Options » window
- Close Internet Explorer to make sure that the modifications are saved
