What is a ‘grand public’ or general admission means?

| Both terms means the same thing: there is no seats assignment. Some venues will have events with only general admission and some will have some where only a section is in general admission. It is important to verify correctly the status. |

How long does it take to sell a popular event?
|
| Buying on the internet allows hundreds of purchases simultaneously, plus all the sales made through the sale outlets and point of sales, the totality of the tickets can be sold in less than an hour. If you wish to purchase tickets for a popular event, it is recommended to do it early. |

Can I prepare before the sale of a popular event?
|
| A few things can be done prior to a sale; first, making sure that you have an existing profile with Reservatech, secondly, making sure that you remember your user and password for login and finally, making sure that the day of the sale, you have logged in prior to the beginning of the sale. |

| Yes, the transactions are encrypted and secured by a high level security system certified by trustkeeper. This logo sigle will appear on all the pages where the information needs to be protected. |

What is the lap of time that I have to complete my purchase?
|
| When buying tickets online, your tickets are reserved for a period of 10 minutes unless erased from your cart. This time allows you to complete your transaction and, if necessary, create your profile. You will find a clock situated on the bottom left side of your screen indicating the time remaining to complete your transaction. If by any chance you are unable to complete your transaction in the time provided, your tickets will become available for the public to purchase. |

Why can I access an event on the website, and not purchase it?

| If you are unable to buy a calendar event, it is most likely because it is not yet for sale. This method is often used to promote events. It is possible for you to verify the date and time of when the event will be on sale by clicking on the event itself. |

How do I get an invoice?
|
| You can reach our customer service department and they will be pleased to fax you a copy; however, if you are buying online, the system will automatically sent you one at your e-mail address submitted. |

What can I do if I have lost my authorisation number?
|
| The box office can find your confirmation using your name and phone number. You can call the box office and try to get them to send it back to you or make sure that you arrive at the event early with your ID and the agent should be able to assist you. |

What can I use my gift certificate for?
|
| You can exchange you gift certificate against any show sold on the Reservatech system. You need to present your gift certificate at one of our sale outlets or at any of our point of sales and they will be pleased to exchange them for ticket(s) of your choice. |

What do I need to do if I have lost my ticket or my ticket was stolen?
|
| If you loose your ticket, please contact the venue as soon as possible so they can be aware and use your confirmation number to identify yourself. The decision regarding replacing your ticket will be made by the venue. The venue is not responsible for the lost or stolen tickets. |
